Orders:
No minimum order required
For tracking purposes, all orders must be placed through our on-line shopping cart.
Customer receipt will be e-mailed after order is placed.
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days.
Holiday orders may require additional time, so order early!

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Returns & Refunds
An RMA # is required for all returns. Please "Contact Us" within 10 days of product receipt to obtain an RMA#.
Refunds will only be given for defects in manufacturing and only after inspection by our company.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our packaging procedures meet or exceed shipper’s requirements. Products are quality-inspected prior to shipment. Any damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the shipper. The product and all packing material will be required by the shipper in order to file a claim.

To assure customer protection, no credit card information will be retained on our system.
Our shopping cart uses secure data encryption to prevent theft.
Any personal information obtained is for our own purposes and will not be distributed to third parties for any reason.
